Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid UPS return label and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
